Why I'm Here (And Why You Might Be Too)

I’m a therapist now — but I grew up as a person no one knew how to help.

 

I created this space for anyone who’s ever been told they’re too much — too emotional, too dramatic, too intense.

 

I work with people who struggle with eating disorders, mood, emotional sensitivity, and the deep ache of feeling misunderstood — basically, everything I needed help with (and still often do).

 

These are the things I write about here.

My aim is to write for those who give support, those who seek it, and those who are doing a little bit of both.
 

Sometimes it's personal, sometimes it’s research-based, sometimes it’s just me yelling into the void in a (hopefully) helpful way.

 

For those who feel too much — my hope is that this space offers comfort, knowledge, and a reminder:

 

You were never too much.
 

You were just too rarely met with enough.
